At Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas we not only win with people but with our values too. That’s why we’re excited to launch this employee driven recognition program.Â
Starting now, you will be able to acknowledge your colleagues and peers who display our company’s values on a daily basis.
how it works
- each quarter we’ll focus on one Aalberts value
- employees will nominate their colleagues for exemplifying the featured value here
- nominations must be completed by October 20th
- a cross functional committee representing multiple Aalberts integrated piping systems locations will review nominations and select winners
- winners will receive TWD 3,500 (minus applicable taxes) AND a unique item of Aalberts swag
- each employee who nominates a colleague will be entered into a raffle to receive a company swag item
- up to five individuals will be selected across the Aalberts integrated piping systems Americas enterprise
