The Coca‑Cola Long An Factory is a major new beverage production facility located within Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Ben Luc District, Long An Province, Vietnam. The project is being developed by Coca‑Cola Beverages Vietnam Ltd.as part of its continued investment in modern, high-capacity manufacturing infrastructure.

The project officially broke ground in October 2022. Phase 1 of the development is expected to be completed by 2027, with Phase 2 scheduled to conclude in 2039. Once fully operational, the facility will cover a total site area of approximately 19 hectares and is designed to achieve a production capacity of up to 1 billion litres of beverages per year.

The factory has been designed as a new, state-of-the-art beverage production plant, supporting Coca‑Cola product bottling and packaging operations. Incorporating smart factory models and advanced automation, the facility is intended to significantly enhance productivity while improving
resource efficiency through the use of modern manufacturing technologies.

To support the plant’s complex processing and utility systems, a comprehensive range of flow control and valve solutions from Aalberts integrated piping systems was specified. These included Pegler PICV, gate valves, ball valves, check valves, Y strainers, and butterfly valves. Together,
these products ensure reliable system performance, precise flow control, and long-term operational efficiency within a high-demand industrial environment.
