Lancaster Legacy is a high-end mixed-use residential and commercial development located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project is developed by Trung Thùy Group and forms part of the Lancaster-branded portfolio of premium urban developments.constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

Positioned in one of Ho Chi Minh City’s most central districts, Lancaster Legacy has been designed to deliver a landmark development that integrates luxury living with commercial and office functionality.

The development comprises high-end residential apartments, officetel units, and retail and office spaces, creating a flexible, multi-purpose environment that caters to modern urban lifestyles and business needs. Given the scale and positioning of the project, system reliability, efficiency, and long-term performance were key considerations during the specification phase.

To support the building’s mechanical and HVAC systems, a comprehensive range of flow control solutions was specified, including Pegler gate valves, Y strainers, check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves. These products ensure precise flow regulation, operational efficiency, and dependable performance across both residential and commercial applications within the
