Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort – Vietnam

The Hyatt Regency Ho Tram Resort & Residences is a premium mixed-use hospitality development located in the Xuyen Moc District, in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam. The project is developed by IFF Holdings and is operated by Hyatt International – Asia Pacific, bringing a globally recognised luxury hospitality brand to the Ho Tram coastline.constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

The development is an ongoing project, with construction and delivery that was scheduled around 2025. Designed as a large-scale, high-end destination, the project combines a luxury resort and hotel offering with residences, including villas within an integrated resort complex.

The breadth and complexity of the development demand reliable and efficient building services infrastructure to support guest comfort, operational performance, and long-term durability across hospitality and residential spaces. To meet these requirements, a range of flow control solutions was specified for the project, including Pegler gate valves and butterfly valves, ensuring dependable performance within the development’s mechanical and HVAC systems.
