Melia Nha Trang is a large-scale, integrated coastal real estate development located in Nha Trang City. Developed by Vega City Joint Stock Company, a member of the KDI Holdings Group, the project represents a major mixeduse destination combining residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment functions.constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

Construction of Vega City began in May 2020. Phase 1, which includes condotel units, villas, and a shopping plaza, was completed and partially handed over between 2022 and 2023. Further handover phases are ongoing and planned to continue until 2026.

The development has been designed as an integrated coastal complex, featuring a villa resort, beachfront condominium (condotel) residences, shophouses, and a range of cultural and entertainment facilities. Its scale and multi-purpose functionality require robust and reliable building services infrastructure to support long-term performance and occupant comfort.
