The Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Quang Nam – Da Nang is a prestigious five‑star hospitality development located along the coastal area between Hoi An and Da Nang, in Quang Nam Province, Vietnam. Positioned in a prime strategic location connecting two of Central Vietnam’s most prominent tourist destinations, the resort is designed to deliver a high‑end luxury experience within a renowned coastal setting constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

The resort is operated by Marriott International under The Luxury Collection brand, reflecting the premium standards associated with one of the world’s leading hospitality groups.

Designed as a five‑star luxury resort and spa, the development comprises approximately 220 guest rooms across 16 floors plus one basement level, along with comprehensive hotel, spa, and leisure facilities. The project has been carefully planned to meet the demanding operational, comfort, and sustainability requirements of an international luxury hospitality environment.

To support the resort’s mechanical and HVAC systems, a range of high‑performance flow control solutions from Aalberts integrated piping systems were specified, including Pegler thermal circulation valves, gate valves, and check valves. These products ensure reliable system operation,
precise temperature and flow control, and long‑term efficiency, supporting both guest comfort and operational excellence across the resort.
