The Spectre Garment Technology Factory is a purpose-built industrial manufacturing facility located in Song Tra Industrial Park, Thai Binh City, Vietnam. The project is developed by Spectre Garment Technology Company as part of its expansion within the garment and textile manufacturing sector constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

Scheduled for completion in 2025, the facility was designed to support garment technology and industrial manufacturing operations, incorporating modern production requirements to meet efficiency, quality, and operational reliability standards.

As a dedicated manufacturing site, the project requires precise control of building services systems to support stable internal environments and efficient plant operation. To meet these demands, Pegler ProFlow PICVs were specified for the development, providing accurate flow control, energy
efficiency, and long-term system performance within the factory’s HVAC infrastructure.
