Park Hyatt Phú Quõc Residences is a luxury beachfront resort and residential development located at Bai Khem Beach, in the south of Phú Quõc Island, Vietnam in the Kien Giang Province. Set within one of the island’s most exclusive coastal areas, the project has been designed to deliver an
exceptional five‑star hospitality and residential experience constructed by the MTR Corporation Limited as the project manager commissioned by the Hong Kong Government, through subcontractors.

The development is operated under the Park Hyatt brand, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, reflecting the highest standards of luxury, design, and guest comfort. Construction took place between 2017 and 2022.

To meet requirements, a range of high‑performance flow control solutions was specified across the development. These included Pegler thermal circulation valves and check valves, ensuring reliable system operation, efficient temperature control, and long-term performance. These solutions
contribute to guest comfort, operational efficiency, and the overall quality expected of an internationally recognised luxury resort.
