We are proud suppliers to the world's first climate-positive data centre.

EcoDataCenter in Falun uses 100% renewable energy and also proves that greener is cheaper. The data centre is connected to the local energy system, which was recognised as one of the best in the world at the Global District Energy Climate Awards 2013 in New York.

Excess heat from the servers is recovered and fed into the district heating system for the municipality of Falun. During the summer, excess steam from the local power plant is used to power the equipment that cools the data centre.

The ongoing expansion will more than double the existing capacity, with the first phase scheduled for completion in Q3 2024 and the full expansion expected to be completed by Q2 2025.
